The Ministry of Interior of Pakistan has instructed the police not to deport the Ismaili refugees from Afghanistan

وزارت داخله پاکستان به پولیس دستور داد پناهجویان اسماعیلیه افغانستان را اخراج نکند

وزارت داخله پاکستان به نیروهای پولیس این کشور در چهار ایالت دستور داد که پناهجویان اسماعیلیه افغانستان را دستگیر نکنند.

در نامه رسمی این وزارت آمده که این تصمیم پس از آگاهی از تصمیم حکومت کانادا برای بررسی انتقال این مهاجران اتخاذ شده است.

در این نامه از پولیس شهرهای پیشاور، لاهور، کراچی، گیلگیت و اسلام‌آباد خواسته شده است شهروندان اسماعیلیه افغانستان را تا تصمیم بعدی، بازداشت نکنند.

حکومت پاکستان اوایل ماه اکتوبر به پناهجویان افغان بدون مدرک رسمی اقامت یک ماه فرصت داد تا این کشور را ترک کنند. با پایان این مهلت، پولیس پاکستان روند دستگیری و اخراج پناهجویان افغان را شدت بخشید.

The Ministry of Interior of Pakistan has instructed the police not to deport the Ismaili refugees from Afghanistan

The Ministry of Interior of Pakistan has ordered the police forces of this country in four provinces not to arrest the Ismaili refugees of Afghanistan.

The official letter from this ministry states that this decision was made after being informed of the Canadian government’s decision to review the transfer of these immigrants.

In this letter, the police in the cities of Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, Gilgit, and Islamabad have been asked not to detain citizens of Ismaili Afghanistan until further notice.

The government of Pakistan initially gave Afghan refugees without official residence documents one month in early October to leave the country. With the end of this deadline, the Pakistani police intensified the process of arresting and deporting Afghan refugees.
