Education for Afghanistan (EFA) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teachers to join our team and help shape the future of education in Afghanistan. We have 10 positions available for experts in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English. The Teacher’s role will involve delivering engaging and innovative online lessons for students in grades 7 to 12.
Position: Teacher
Subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, English
Grade Levels: 7 to 12
Responsibilities:
• Develop interactive and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the EFA curriculum.
• Deliver interactive online lessons based on EFA’s curriculum that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Provide valuable feedback and assessments.
• Collaborate closely with curriculum developers to enhance educational content.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. A Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Proven teaching experience in the specified subject(s) and grades.
• Proficiency in English and one of the Afghan national languages (Pashto or Dari).
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and comfortable with video recordings.
Important Note: For security reasons, we are currently accepting applications exclusively from individuals located outside Afghanistan. Applicants must be comfortable with video recordings, as lessons will be recorded and shared on the EFA website.
