توانمندسازی و رهبری زنان (WEL) مشتاق است که تعداد محدودی از بورسیه های تحصیلی کاملا رقابتی دکترا را برای زنان افغانستان ساکن در کشور ارائه می دهد.

If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply:

– Minimum IELTS score of 6.5

– Master’s degree

– Residing in Afghanistan (Women)

– Afghan nationality
