توانمندسازی و رهبری زنان (WEL) مشتاق است که تعداد محدودی از بورسیه های تحصیلی کاملا رقابتی دکترا را برای زنان افغانستان ساکن در کشور ارائه می دهد.

Women Empowerment and Leadership (WEL) is excited to offer a limited number of highly competitive PhD full scholarships for women from Afghanistan.

If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply:

– Minimum IELTS score of 6.5

– Master’s degree

– Residing in Afghanistan (Women)

– Afghan nationality
