فراخوان برای درخواست: برنامه فلوشیپ BRIDGE افغانستان
مکانیزم هماهنگی حقوق بشر افغانستان (AHRCM) از اعلام برنامه فلوشیپ بریج افغانستان (ایجاد تاب‌آوری و ابتکارات برای توسعه، رشد و توانمندسازی) خرسند است. این یک برنامه‌ای سه ماهه آنلاین است که بر آموزش حقوق بشر، مربیگری و حمایت تمرکز دارد.
از مدافعان حقوق بشر، فعالان جامعه مدنی و خبرنگاران افغان، چه در داخل و چه خارج از افغانستان، که مشتاق تقویت توانمندی‌ها، گسترش شبکه‌های خود و همکاری با جامعه وسیع‌تر سازمان‌های جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری هستند، دعوت به عمل می‌آید تا درخواست دهند.
اهداف:
BRIDGE Fellowship یک برنامه آنلاین سه ماهه است که آموزش، راهنمایی، تلاش های مشترک حمایتی، تحقیق و ظرفیت سازی را به شرکت کنندگان منتخب ارائه می دهد. هدف آن کمک به شرکت کنندگان در حمایت مداوم از آرمان آزادی و حقوق بشر برای افغان ها در داخل و خارج از کشور است.
این انجمن به دنبال تضمین این است که فعالان جامعه مدنی افغانستان، مدافعان حقوق بشر و اعضای رسانه ها همچنان فعالانه در تلاش های خود مشارکت و حمایت کنند. این کار را با ارتقای انعطاف‌پذیری، افزایش امنیت فیزیکی و دیجیتالی، اصلاح مهارت‌های حمایت و گسترش افق‌ها از طریق شبکه‌سازی با اعضای مختلف جامعه مدنی، به‌ویژه سازمان‌های حقوق بشر انجام می‌دهد.
فعالیت ها:
در صورت انتخاب، در طول برنامه، هر یک از همکاران با کارمندان متخصص و مربیان میکانیزم هماهنگی حقوق بشر افغانستان کار خواهند کرد تا طرحی را برای اجرای پروژه پیشنهادی خود تهیه کنند. آنها نوع ظرفیت سازی، حمایت و راهنمایی را که می خواهند برای دستیابی به فعالیت های مشخص شده به آنها کمک کنند، شرح خواهند داد. هر یک از همکاران به صورت فردی یا به عنوان بخشی از یک فعالیت گروهی کار خواهد کرد.
همراهان با تیم مکانیزم افغانستان کار خواهند کرد تا پیشرفت خود را پیگیری کنند، مشاوره سفارشی دریافت کنند و برنامه های خود را بر اساس آن برای دستیابی به اهداف خود تنظیم کنند. ابتکارات گروهی برای اطمینان از همبستگی، تبادل دانش و ایده‌ها، و بهره‌برداری از منابع موجود برای سایر همکاران در موقعیت مشابه تشویق خواهند شد.
همکاران همچنین در نشست اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات که توسط مکانیسم افغانستان برای تقویت دانش و درک خود از مسائل شکل دهنده سیاست های جاری در سراسر افغانستان ترتیب داده شده است، شرکت خواهند کرد. جلسات اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات به دوستان کمک می‌کند تا نقش سازمان‌های ملی و بین‌المللی را در پاسخ به بحران حقوق بشر در افغانستان درک کنند و فرصت‌هایی را برای برقراری ارتباط با افراد و سازمان‌های دخیل در حمایت و حمایت از مدافعان حقوق بشر افغانستان، رهبران مدنی، فراهم کنند. و روزنامه نگاران همکاران به منابعی از جمله گزارش ها، راهنماها و راهنماها در مورد موضوعات حقوق بشر و ابزارهای مختلف دسترسی خواهند داشت.
شایستگی:
-باید تبعه افغانستان باشد که در داخل افغانستان یا در تبعید زندگی می کند. کسانی که در داخل افغانستان هستند در اولویت خواهند بود.
-باید علاقه مند به اختصاص زمان و انرژی برای ارتقای کار خود برای آزادی و حقوق بشر باشند، تجربه قبلی در جامعه مدنی، رسانه ها و کار حقوق بشر ترجیح داده می شود.
-باید انگیزه تعامل و شبکه سازی با سایر همکاران را داشته باشد و فعالانه در آموزش ها و رویدادهای به اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات و ظرفیت سازی شرکت کند.
-باید علاقه مند به همکاری با سایر همکاران در فعالیت های مشترک باشد. متقاضی باید حداقل 4 ماه متعهد شود و محصول نهایی را به موقع تحویل دهد.
– می تواند حداقل سه ساعت در روز را برای فعالیت های فلوشیپ اختصاص دهد.
-آشنایی کار با زبان انگلیسی و یک زبان ملی (دری/پشتو).
چگونه درخواست شود:
از همه متقاضیان علاقه مند، به ویژه متقاضیان زن تشویق می شود تا قبل از آخرین مهلت 10 جون 2024، ساعت 3:00 بعد از ظهر به وقت شرق (23:30 به وقت کابل) به صورت آنلاین درخواست دهند.
70 متقاضی برتر، 56 نفر از داخل افغانستان و 14 نفر از خارج از افغانستان پس از یک پروسه گزینش کامل در دو گروه به مدت سه ماه انتخاب خواهند شد. همراهان منتخب برای دوره سه ماهه بورسیه خود برای حمایت از فعالیت های پروژه خود کمک هزینه دریافت می کنند.

فرایند انتخاب
تیم مکانیسم افغانستان بررسی کامل همه درخواست های ارسال شده را بر اساس معیار انتخاب انجام خواهد داد. همه داوطلبان ایمیلی در مورد وضعیت درخواست خود دریافت می کنند و فقط داوطلبان منتخب به مراحل بعدی از جمله مصاحبه دعوت می شوند.
Call for Applications: Afghanistan BRIDGE Fellowship Program
The Afghanistan Human Rights Coordination Mechanism (AHRCM) is pleased to announce the Afghanistan BRIDGE (Building Resilience & Initiatives for Development, Growth, and Empowerment) Fellowship, a three-month online program focused on human rights training, mentoring, and advocacy.
We invite Afghan human rights defenders, civil society activists, and journalists, both inside and outside Afghanistan, who are eager to strengthen their capacity, expand their networks, and collaborate with the wider community of civil society and human rights organizations, to apply (Please see the ‘Resources’ page for a full translation of the information below in Dari and Pashto).
Objective
The BRIDGE Fellowship is a three-month online program that offers training, mentorship, joint advocacy efforts, research, and capacity building to selected participants. Its goal is to aid participants in their ongoing support for the cause of freedom and human rights for Afghans, both within Afghanistan and abroad.
This fellowship seeks to ensure that Afghan civil society activists, human rights defenders, and members of the media remain actively engaged and supported in their efforts. It does so by promoting resilience, enhancing physical and digital security, refining advocacy skills, and broadening horizons through networking with various civil society members, especially human rights organizations.
Activities:
If selected, during the program each fellow will work with the Afghanistan Human Rights Coordination Mechanism expert staff members and trainers to develop a plan to implement their proposed project. They will describe the type of capacity building, support and mentorship they want to help them achieve the outlined activities. Each fellow will work either individually or as part of a group activity.
Fellows will work with the Afghanistan Mechanism team to track their progress, receive customized advice and adjust their plans accordingly to achieve their objectives. Group initiatives will be encouraged to ensure solidarity, exchange of knowledge and ideas, and tap resources available for other similarly situated fellows.
Fellows will also take active part in information-sharing session organized by Afghanistan Mechanism to bolster their knowledge and understanding of the issues shaping current policies around Afghanistan. The information-sharing sessions will help Fellows understand the role of national and international organizations in responding to the human rights crisis in Afghanistan and provide opportunities to network with the individuals and organizations involved in providing protection and support to Afghan human rights defenders, civic leaders, and journalists. Fellows will have access to resources including reports, manuals, and guides on human rights topics, and various tools.
Eligibility:
-Must be an Afghan national living either inside Afghanistan or in exile. Those inside Afghanistan will be given priority.
-Must be interested in committing time and energy to enhance their work for freedom and human rights, prior experience in the civil society, media and human rights work is preferred.
-Should be motivated to engage and network with other fellows and actively participate in information-sharing and capacity building training and events.
-Must be interested in collaborating with other fellows on joint activities. The applicant must commit at least 4 months and deliver the final product on time.
-Can commit at least three hours per day for the fellowship activities.
-Working knowledge of English language and a national language (Dari/Pashto).

Top 70 applicants, 56 from inside Afghanistan and 14 from outside Afghanistan will be selected after a thorough selection process in two cohorts for a duration of three months. The selected fellows will receive a stipend for their three-month fellowship period to support their project activities.

Selection process
The Afghanistan Mechanism team will conduct a thorough review of all submitted applications based on a selection criterion. All candidates will receive an email on their application status and only selected candidates will be requested to the next stages, including an interview.
