قطع اینترنت، خدمات مهاجران در مرز اسلام قلعه را مختل کرده است
منابع محلی به افغانستان اینترنشنال گفتند که قطع سراسری اینترنت در افغانستان، خدمات مهاجران در گذرگاه مرزی اسلام قلعه را مختل کرده است، جایی که عملیات امدادرسانی به شدت به سیستمهای کامپیوتری متکی است.
آنها گفتند که این قطعی، سیستمهای ثبت نام را غیرفعال کرده و مقامات را مجبور به پردازش دستی پروندهها کرده است. این اختلال، بخشهایی از عملیات بشردوستانه را متوقف کرده و بسیاری از مهاجران را قادر به دریافت کمکهای نقدی نکرده است.
ثبت نام و کمک به بازگشتکنندگان از ایران و پاکستان کاملاً کامپیوتری شده است و گروههای امدادی پس از ورود افراد به سیستم، حمایتهای نقدی و غیرنقدی را ارائه میدهند.
این منابع گفتند که با فلج شدن خدمات، بسیاری از امدادگران پستهای خود را ترک کردهاند. مهاجران اکنون با مشکلات فزایندهای روبرو هستند و خواستار برقراری مجدد دسترسی به اینترنت هستند.

The nationwide internet shutdown in Afghanistan has disrupted services for migrants at the Islam Qala border crossing, where aid operations rely heavily on computer systems, local sources told Afghanistan International.
They said the outage has disabled registration systems, forcing officials to process cases manually. The disruption has stalled parts of humanitarian operations and left many migrants unable to receive cash assistance.
Registration and assistance for returnees from Iran and Pakistan are fully computerised, with aid groups providing both cash and non-cash support once individuals are entered into the system.
With services paralysed, many aid workers have left their posts, the sources said. Migrants are now facing mounting hardships and are calling for internet access to be restored.
