کابینه آلمان اجرای پیمان مهاجرتی اتحادیه اروپا را تصویب کرد
کابینه آلمان پس از چند ماه تأخیر، اجرای پیمان مهاجرتی و پناهجویی اتحادیه اروپا را تصویب کرد. این پیمان که در سال ۲۰۲۴ در سطح اتحادیه اروپا به تصویب رسید، با هدف تسریع روند رسیدگی به پروندههای پناهجویی و توزیع عادلانهتر پناهجویان میان کشورهای عضو طراحی شده است.
با وجود اینکه اتحادیه اروپا تا میانه سال ۲۰۲۶ برای اجرای این مقررات فرصت تعیین کرده، آلمان در ابتدا قصد داشت زودتر از موعد، پیشگام در اجرای آن باشد. اما فروپاشی دولت ائتلافی پیشین، این روند را برای ماهها متوقف کرد.
الکساندر دوبرینت، وزیر کشور آلمان، این تصمیم کابینه را نشانهای از «رهبری مداوم آلمان در سیاست مهاجرتی» دانست. با این حال، پیشنویس مصوب هنوز باید به تصویب پارلمان برسد و زمان اجرای نهایی همچنان نامشخص است.
German Cabinet Approves Implementation of EU Migration Pact
The German cabinet has approved the implementation of the European Union’s migration and asylum reform after months of delay. Originally passed at the EU level in 2024, the pact aims to accelerate asylum procedures and ensure a fairer distribution of refugees among member states.
Although EU countries have until mid-2026 to implement the provisions, Germany had initially planned to move ahead faster and lead the way. However, the collapse of the previous coalition government stalled the process for months.
German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt welcomed the cabinet’s decision, calling it proof that Germany “continues to lead on migration policy.” Nevertheless, the draft still requires parliamentary approval, leaving the final timeline uncertain.
