German Authorities Warn Afghan Refugees Of Asylum Risk When Traveling Home
مقامات آلمانی به پناهندگان افغان درباره خطر از دست دادن پناهندگی هنگام سفر به کشورشان هشدار دادند
یواخیم استامپ، نماینده دولت آلمان در امور مهاجرتی، به افغان‌های مقیم این کشور هشدار داد که از سفرهای پنهانی به افغانستان پرهیز کنند، زیرا با این کار ممکن است پناهندگی آلمان را از دست بدهند.
او به روزنامه آلمانی بیلد گفت: «درهای آلمان باید به روی جهان باز بماند، اما احمق هم که نیستیم. افرادی که برای دریافت حمایت‌های دولت ما در اینجا درخواست داده‌اند اما پس از آن برای تعطیلات به کشورشان می‌روند، امنیتشان در روند پناهندگی را از دست خواهند داد و دیگر نمی‌توانند در آلمان بمانند.»
اندی گروت، سناتور استان هامبورگ، نیز به خبرگزاری دولتی آلمان (دی‌پی‌ای) گفت وقتی پناهندگان به کشوری سفر می‌کنند که پیش از این ادعا کرده بودند در آن کشور قربانی آزار و شکنجه بوده‌اند طبیعتا وضعیت حفاظت و پناهندگی خود را زیر سوال می‌برند.
این سخنان در واکنش به گزارش جدید آر‌تی‌ال، تلویزیون دولتی آلمان، بیان شده است که نشان می‌داد آژانس‌های مسافرتی شهر بندری هامبورگ برای بازگشت پناهندگان افغان به آلمان بلیت تهیه می‌کنند.
گروت هشدار داد: «اگر اکنون به‌راحتی می‌توان به افغانستان سفر کرد، پس امکان بازگشت این افراد به کشورشان نیز وجود دارد.»

Germany’s special representative for migration agreements, Joachim Stamp, has warned refugees living in Germany against taking trips back to their homelands as these might jeopardize their legal status as refugees.
“Germany must remain open to the world, but not stupid,” Stamp told the German tabloid Bild. “The authorities must ensure that people who have applied for protection here but then go on holiday to their home country immediately lose their protected status and can no longer stay in Germany. Full stop.”
Hamburg’s Interior Senator Andy Grote told dpa that refugees travelling back to the country in which they claim to have been the victim of persecution would of course also call into question their protection status.
The officials were responding to reports by German commercial broadcaster RTL claiming that travel agencies in the northern German port city of Hamburg are organizing trips back to the Hindu Kush for people from Afghanistan.
“If there are easily accessible travel routes to Afghanistan, there is also the possibility of repatriation,” Grote warned.
