نقض سیستماتیک حقوق زنان در افغانستان: گزارش تازه عفو بینالملل و کمیته رفع تبعیض علیه زنان سازمان ملل
در تازهترین گزارش سازمان عفو بینالملل که به کمیته رفع تبعیض علیه زنان سازمان ملل متحد (CEDAW) ارائه شده است، به نقض گسترده، سیستماتیک و ساختاریافته حقوق زنان و دختران در افغانستان تحت حاکمیت de facto طالبان پرداخته شده است.
این گزارش تأکید میکند که از زمان تسلط طالبان در آگست ۲۰۲۱، زنان و دختران افغان با محدودیتهای شدید، تبعیضهای جنسیتی، و از بین رفتن کامل نهادهای حمایتی مواجه شدهاند. بسیاری از حقوق و دستاوردهای حقوقی زنان که در بیست سال گذشته بهدست آمده بود، بهطور کامل نابود شدهاند.

In its latest submission to the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), Amnesty International documents the systemic, widespread, and institutionalized violations of the rights of women and girls in Afghanistan under the Taliban’s de facto rule since August 2021.
The report highlights the dismantling of protections and services for women, the annulment of prior legal reforms, and the imposition of gender-based restrictions that have erased hard-won rights over the past two decades.
