Empowering Afghan Women: The Women’s Leadership Academy Online Course

The Women’s Leadership Academy is a place for the cultivation of ideas and the emergence of hidden talents of women. It has successfully conducted three sessions initiated by the Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO), and is now organizing its fourth session. This session aims to provide specialized training and necessary skills in various subjects related to management and leadership, entrepreneurship, scientific research, article writing methods, and teaching human values to women.

The instructors and administrators of the Women’s Leadership Academy will be elite professors from private universities and government institutes, who will teach important and useful topics online to academy members for a duration of three months.

After completing the academy, graduates will gain the ability to write scientific and practical articles on various fundamental topics in society, contributing to the creation of a free and prosperous Afghanistan.

Enrollment conditions for the academy include:

1. Age between 18 to 35 (women only)
2. University student or graduate
3. Interest in article writing
4. Internet access
5. Having Zoom or Google Meet on mobile or computer
6. Active participation in weekly online classes for three months
7. Current residence in one of the provinces of Afghanistan
8. Ability to participate in all online sessions with video and audio is a fundamental requirement.
