Eligibility Criteria for ADB Scholarships 2023:

A candidate must be a citizen of a member country of the Asian Development Bank.

The applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree with good academic standing.

Applicants must have a minimum of two years of professional experience after graduating from university.

Applicants should not be older than 35 years of age at the time of application.
