بورسیه تحصیلی علامه محمد اقبال برای دانشجویان افغانستانی (فاز سوم)

دولت پاکستان به جوانان افغان کمک هزینه تحصیلی برای ظرفیت سازی آنها از طریق ارائه آموزش با کیفیت به 4500 دانش پژوه در رشته های مختلف از جمله طب، انجنیری، زراعت، مدیریت، علوم کامپیوتر و غیره ارائه می کند. هدف از این طرح تقویت روابط دوجانبه بین پاکستان و افغانستان و همچنین افزایش تماس بین مردم هر دو کشور همسایه است. 4500 بورسیه تحصیلی برای افغان ها کمک هزینه زندگی، کمک هزینه کتاب، فیس خوابگاه و فیس دانشگاه را پوشش می دهد.

اهداف:

اهداف خاص پروژه شامل

حمایت از دانش آموزان افغان برای تحصیل با کیفیت
ایجاد پیوندهای حرفه ای بین مؤسسات خواهر دو کشور.
توسعه منابع انسانی برای بازسازی افغانستان
توسعه ارتباطات مردم با مردم بین دو کشور همسایه
ایجاد حسن نیت پاکستان در میان مردم افغانستان و ایجاد پیوندهای مسلکی بین نهادهای دو کشور.
ایجاد فرصتی برای دانشگاه های پاکستان برای جذب دانشجویان کشورهای همسایه برای تحصیل با کیفیت.

معیارهای واجد شرایط بودن

اتباع افغانی با پیشینه تحصیلی قوی تشویق می شوند که درخواست دهند. متقاضیان باید واجد شرایط زیر باشند:

لیسانس:

متقاضیان باید 12 سال یا معادل آن را تکمیل کرده باشند.

محدودیت سنی 17-23 سال قبل از تاریخ بسته شدن درخواست است.

حداقل نمرات در شهادتنامه باید 75% (افغانستان)/60% بر اساس معادل IBCC باشد.

دانشجویان طب و انجنیری باید معیارهای پذیرش PM&DC و PEC را به ترتیب 65% و 60% داشته باشند.

تحصیلات تکمیلی MS/M.Phil:

محدودیت سنی برای اعضای غیر هیئت علمی 35 سال و برای اعضای هیئت علمی 40 سال می باشد.

داوطلبان باید 16 سال تحصیلات تکمیلی داشته باشند.

حداقل 2.5 CGPA یا معادل آن از 4.0 در مقطع لیسانس / ماستری (16 سال تحصیل) مورد نیاز است.

دکتری:

محدودیت سنی برای اعضای غیرهیئت علمی 35 سال و اعضای هیات علمی 40 سال می باشد.

داوطلبان باید 18 سال تحصیلات (مدرک MS/MPhil) را گذرانده باشند.

حداقل 3.0 CGPA از 4.0 در مدرک MS/MPhil مورد نیاز است.

ALLAMA MUHAMMAD IQBAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR AFGHAN STUDENTS (PHASE-III)

Government of Pakistan is offering scholarships to Afghan youth for their capacity building through imparting quality education to 4500 scholars in various fields including Medicine, Engineering, Agriculture, and Management and Computer science etc. The aim of this scheme is to strengthen bilateral relationship between Pakistan and Afghanistan and further it will enhance people to people contacts between both neighbouring states. 4500 Afghan Scholarship Covers Living Allowance, Book Allowance, and Hostel Dues & University Tuition fee.

Scholarship Levels:

Undergraduate Level
Graduate Level (MS/M.Phil.)
PhD Level

Objectives:

The specific project objectives include.

To sponsor Afghan students for quality education
To establish professional linkages between the sister institutions of the two countries.
To promote human resource development for reconstruction of Afghanistan
To develop people to people contacts between the two neighbouring countries
To create Pakistan’s goodwill among the people of Afghanistan and to establish professional linkages between institutions of the two countries.
To provide an opportunity to Pakistani universities to attract the students of neighbouring countries for quality education.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Afghan national with strong academic background are encouraged to apply. The applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Undergraduate:

Applicants should have completed 12 years or equivalent education.

The age limit is 17-23 years before closing date of application.

Minimum marks in Shahadatnama should be 75% (Afghanistan)/60% as per IBCC equivalency.

Medical and Engineering students must fulfill PM&DC and PEC admission criteria of 65% and 60% respectively.

MS/M.Phil:

The age limit is 35 years for non-faculty members and 40 years for faculty members.

Candidates must have completed 16nyars of education.

Minimum 2.5 CGPA or equivalent out of 4.0 is required in Bachelor’s/Mater’s degree (16 years of education)

PhD:

The age limit is 35 years for non-faculty members and 40 years of faculty members.

Candidates must have completed 18 years of education (MS/MPhil degree).

Minimum 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 is required in MS/MPhil degree.

Here are the following terms and conditions;

Application Process:
1. Online application submission is mandatory.
2. No amendments allowed after submission.
Scholarship Period:
1. Awardees cannot hold any other scholarship/stipend during their fellowship period.
2. Those already availing another scholarship are ineligible to apply.
Undergraduate Scholarship:
1. Maximum age limit: 23 years.
2. Completion of the 12th Grade exam no later than 2018.
Merit List:
1. Prepared based on online data/information provided by the applicant.
2. Untrue or misrepresented information at any stage will result in the termination of the application process.
